Do you deliver, and how much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we deliver across Singapore. Delivery is a flat S$4.50 for orders below S$75, and free for orders of S$75 and above. We process orders in 1–2 working days, then the courier typically takes 3–5 working days to reach you (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery may take a little longer during peak periods.

Can I collect my order from the store?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose self-collection at our flagship store, 87 Club Street, at checkout. Please wait for our confirmation email before coming to collect.

How fresh is the matcha in your tins?

Accepted Answer

Each product page lists the sourcing and preparation details currently available for that item. For a specific batch or best-before date, ask the team before ordering.

What's your return policy for shop items?

For a damaged or incorrect order, email hello@cafegyoen.com with your order number and photos. The team will confirm the available resolution and any food-safety restrictions.
